• The rest houses include 5 blocks – 2 Bedroom villas,3 Bedroom villas, 1 Bedroom villa, Majlis & Gym.
• The concept was required to be innovative yet minimal.
• The Design features grand volumes and spatial proportions suited to the contemporary blend of minimalistic design treatments,the use of time less quality materials,marble floors,walls with simple panelling and areas of interest.
